Should you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This will ensure that you are not subject to any cancellation fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the service cost. In the event of a no-show, the full service price will be charged. Please note, any deposits made towards the service are non-refundable. However, should you cancel your appointment within the permissible timeframe, we are pleased to offer the flexibility of transferring your deposit to a future appointment.
